Terms & Conditions

Please issue a Purchase order (PO) for acceptance of our quotation for security system and after Sales that Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC ) agreement sign by your organization with Gladitor Secufine Solution.
We accept all payment of bill by A/C payee cheque or demand draft payable to" Gladitor Secufine Solution" at Vadodara.
Our bill will be submitted then Pending payment must be released within 7 days from the receipt of our bill.
Our contract will be valid for a minimum period of one year and can be terminated either side by giving one month''s notice period or payment in lieu.
In the case of any damages and compensation will not be paid by the over Company.
As and when the government of India increase Tax, kindly reimburses us the same proportionately.
